LinkersMap Reaches Global Milestone on Interlink
LinkersMap has surpassed 1,500 registered businesses across six continents on the Interlink network, exposing merchants from Africa, Asia, and the Americas to a verified user base of more than 10 million.
1,500 Merchants and Six Continents
@LinkersMap has crossed a new commercial threshold, with 1,500 businesses now registered on the platform spanning six continents. The latest wave of onboarding brings merchants from Africa, Asia, and the Americas into the @inter_link ecosystem, giving each one immediate visibility to a verified user base that has surpassed 10 million participants.
LinkersMap is a geo-commerce marketplace built for the InterLink ecosystem, connecting users with verified businesses, products, and services through $ITL payments. Incubated and backed by the InterLink Foundation, the platform supports the growth of real-world commerce by making it easier for users to discover businesses, payment points, services, and product listings that accept InterLink-based payments.
The growth has been swift. In its first two weeks after launch, the platform attracted 700 registered businesses and 79,581 visitors, generating over 376,000 page views. The 1,500-business mark represents a more than doubling of that early figure, with the project now pushing toward a stated target of 2,000 registered merchants.
Building Commercial Liquidity on Interlink
LinkersMap is the first decentralized application (dApp) in the InterLink Network ($ITLG, $ITL) ecosystem, functioning as a geo-based global marketplace and discovery platform described as the "most important bridge" connecting the Human Network of verified users with businesses.
The network, a Proof-of-Personhood blockchain project, has crossed 10 million verified users, a base that gives newly onboarded merchants an audience of considerable scale from day one. On-chain payments are enabled through $ITL, the native payment token, processed directly through InterLink wallets at low fees.
More listings can attract more visitors, and more visitors can encourage additional business registrations, creating a network effect where platform usefulness grows alongside participation. Reaching the 2,000-business target would deepen that commercial liquidity further and reinforce the practical utility case for $ITL within the broader ecosystem.
