PancakeSwap Is Responsible For Nearly 50% Of bStocks Volume
PancakeSwap commands a 37.3% share of bStocks Finance trading volume on BNB Chain, making it the top decentralized venue for tokenized equities as the BNB Chain RWA ecosystem accelerates.
@PancakeSwap has emerged as the dominant decentralized trading venue for tokenized equities, capturing a 37.3% share of total @bstocksfinance volume on @BNBChain in the past 24 hours. That figure places it ahead of every other decentralized platform competing in the same segment.
Largest Liquidity Share Among Decentralized Venues
The trading activity reflects a broader surge in on-chain equity markets. Blockworks data shows BNB Chain's tokenized equity supply above $1.2 billion, against roughly $800 million on Ethereum and around $500 million on Solana, out of a sector RWA.xyz values at $2.53 billion as of August 31, 2026. BNB Chain tokenized equities now represent roughly 45% of tracked supply, placing the network near half of the $2.9 billion market, with bStocks supplying most of the increase and surpassing $500 million in assets under management while cumulative trading topped $19 billion.
PancakeSwap v3 has processed over $3 billion in tokenized stock trading volume in 2026, leading a DEX category that grew from $212 million to $4.27 billion in under a year. The platform's daily peak came in late June 2026, when tokenized equity volume exceeded $565 million in a single day.
BNB Chain RWA Infrastructure Drives 24/7 Trading
The mechanics underpinning bStocks give the product its edge in round-the-clock trading. bStocks are 1:1-backed tokenized U.S. securities issued as BEP-20 tokens on BNB Chain, with every token representing a digital claim on a real-world share held by a regulated custodian. Traditional stock markets close on evenings, weekends, and holidays, whereas tokenized equities do not, enabling 24/7 on-chain trading.
Supported DeFi protocols include Venus, Lista DAO, and PancakeSwap, where users can lend or provide liquidity using their tokenized assets. Issued by a Binance group affiliate, the tokens allow investors to maintain economic exposure to underlying stocks while bypassing traditional brokerage operating hours and settlement delays.
There are important limitations to note. Binance states that bStocks are certificates representing financial instruments, not direct company shares, meaning holders do not automatically become registered shareholders of the underlying businesses. The product is not available to U.S. residents, as bStocks and comparable wrappers fall under the SEC's definition of synthetic securities.
PancakeSwap's growing dominance in the bStocks segment reinforces BNB Chain's position as the leading blockchain for tokenized equities, even as the broader RWA landscape remains competitive. BNB Chain's tokenized equities represent a strong product lead, though not overall RWA dominance.
