Bankr Creator Unveils Token Launchpad on Robinhood Chain With Protocol Token Plans
Sean Papanikolas, creator of Bankr, has launched Pools(.)fun, a new token launchpad built on Robinhood Chain that routes every token directly into a SushiSwap pool, with plans for a protocol token, buybacks, burns, and an airdrop rewards system.
Bankr Creator Launches Pools(.)fun on Robinhood Chain
Sean Papanikolas (@0xDeployer), the developer behind AI-powered token launcher Bankr, has unveiled a new platform called Pools(.)fun (@pools_dot_fun), a token launchpad built on Robinhood Chain. The factory contract is now live, with a public launch set for August 14.
Every token created through Pools(.)fun deploys via the factory contract directly into a SushiSwap (@SushiSwap) pool, giving tokens immediate on-chain liquidity at the point of launch. The platform says 75% of trading fees will flow back into the ecosystem, a structure designed to align incentives between traders, token creators, and the broader protocol.
The move comes as Robinhood Chain attracts growing developer interest. Robinhood officially launched the public mainnet for Robinhood Chain on July 1, 2026, with the network built as a layer-2 blockchain on Arbitrum and designed to support tokenized real-world assets and decentralized finance applications. The arrival of Uniswap Labs' own launchpad, Pools(.)trade, on the same chain on August 5 signalled that decentralized exchanges are no longer competing solely on swaps and liquidity depth, with platforms now developing native token launchpads to attract projects, creators, and users.
Protocol Token, Buybacks, and Airdrop Plans
Pools(.)fun has outlined a protocol token, though Papanikolas was clear that it is not live yet. Once launched, more than 30% of protocol fees will go toward token buybacks and burns. An airdrop and points system are also planned, with trading volume set to influence future reward allocations. Papanikolas confirmed that fees are already accumulating ahead of the token going live.
The launch puts Pools(.)fun squarely in the middle of a competitive launchpad landscape on Robinhood Chain. The broader dynamic puts SushiSwap-aligned platforms in direct competition with the pump.fun-style launchpads that have driven much of Robinhood Chain's early volume. For Papanikolas, Pools(.)fun represents an expansion of the infrastructure he built with Bankr, this time targeting the growing pool of developers and token creators setting up on Robinhood's new chain.
