AITECH Cloud Network has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Federal Land Commission under the Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination, Islamabad, Pakistan, to explore the application of Artificial Intelligence and blockchain technologies in modernizing national land record systems.
The collaboration focuses on identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, improve transparency, and support technology-driven transformation across land administration processes. Under the MOU, both parties will evaluate how emerging technologies can address long-standing challenges in land record verification, including fragmented data systems, manual workflows, and limited interoperability across provincial authorities.
As part of the agreement, AITECH Cloud Network will contribute technical expertise through its Agent Forge platform, including AI-driven workflows designed to retrieve, validate, and cross-verify land records across multiple data sources. These agent-based systems aim to enable more structured, consistent, and scalable verification processes. In parallel, the exploration of blockchain frameworks will focus on strengthening data integrity, auditability, and secure record management.
The MOU establishes a foundation for collaboration, with a key objective being the development of a roadmap that outlines a phased transition from initial exploration to potential deeper engagement, subject to mutual agreement. This approach ensures alignment on technical feasibility, regulatory considerations, and operational requirements prior to any implementation.
In addition to technology exploration, AITECH Cloud Network will provide advisory support to the Federal Land Commission, including guidance on system architecture, integration strategies, and the practical deployment of AI agent infrastructure within a public sector environment.
Pakistan’s evolving regulatory landscape around digital assets further supports the exploration of blockchain-enabled systems. The recent decision to lift a seven-year restriction on crypto-related banking activity signals a more open stance toward emerging financial and decentralized technologies. This shift is expected to encourage broader experimentation with blockchain infrastructure, complementing ongoing efforts to integrate AI-driven systems across public sector use cases.
This initiative reflects AITECH Cloud Network’s continued focus on enabling intelligent infrastructure at a national level, supporting governments in evaluating and adopting advanced technologies to modernize critical systems. The collaboration remains in its exploratory phase, establishing a structured pathway for assessing the role of AI and blockchain in transforming land record verification and administration in Pakistan.
