CleanCore Solutions ($ZONE) has exited its entire Dogecoin ($DOGE) position, selling 463 million tokens for approximately $33.4 million as the company accelerates a sweeping pivot away from crypto treasury holdings and into artificial intelligence infrastructure.

DOGE Treasury Liquidated to Fund AI Push

According to a prospectus filing, CleanCore sold substantially all 463 million $DOGE on July 20 for about $33.4 million and directed proceeds toward its AI infrastructure segment. The move marks the end of a treasury strategy the company had pursued aggressively since late 2025. Since launching its Dogecoin treasury on September 5, 2025, CleanCore had been consistently purchasing $DOGE with a milestone target of acquiring one billion tokens, reporting holdings above 710 million units as recently as October 2025.

The Dogecoin disposal is one part of a broader capital-raising effort. CleanCore's $100 million stock offering increased its common shares outstanding from 226,260,684 to 502,090,260, with proceeds tied to its shift into AI infrastructure. An August 20 SEC filing states that CleanCore reached the new total after issuing 275,829,576 offering shares. Investors should note that the issued shares represent dilution already delivered, and another 524.2 million offering shares remain possible.

A Larger AI Bet Taking Shape

CleanCore Solutions is undertaking a major strategic pivot from its legacy cleaning products and Dogecoin-focused treasury businesses toward becoming an AI critical infrastructure company. That ambition is anchored by a significant deal with AI-compute firm Cerebras. CleanCore announced a Minnesota data center venture whose operating company is a party to a 10-year colocation agreement with Cerebras, carrying an estimated $800 million contract value and a $479 million project budget.

The estimated $800 million contract value comes with up to $500 million in commitments from CleanCore, turning the customer win into an immediate capital test. CleanCore holds 79% of the joint venture. Questions over funding remain open. CleanCore said it had about $140 million of project equity "funded or committed," including offering proceeds and completed Dogecoin sales, but disclosures do not reconcile that figure or confirm the venture's contribution schedule has been satisfied.

The scale of the ambition contrasts with a balance sheet that was lean heading into this transformation. As of March 31, CleanCore reported about $4.1 million of cash and cash equivalents, $13 million of restricted cash and a roughly $169 million accumulated deficit amid continued going-concern doubt. How the company funds its AI buildout without further diluting shareholders or its joint-venture position remains the central question for investors.
