Ecosystem Restart Claim Surfaces on X

A post from X user RuggRat alleged that Shiba Inu (ethereum:0x95ad61b0a150d79219dcf64e1e6cc01f0b64c4ce) could be abandoning its current roadmap entirely. The proposal allegedly called for developers to abandon Shibarium, move the ecosystem to another blockchain and rebuild ShibaSwap through a separate platform. The post suggested distancing from elements seen as remnants of previous management, potentially involving a move to a different blockchain, re-establishing ShibaSwap, disregarding shib(.)io, and revising the roles of BONE, LEASH, and TREAT.

RuggRat included a link to a page identified as Shiba DAO while sharing information about the alleged reconstruction proposal. The page displayed a security warning stating that its content could contain scams or potentially malicious material.

Advisor Calls the Claims Fake

Shiba Eternity adviser Mazrael rejected claims that Shiba Inu is preparing to restart its ecosystem under a new structure, saying the reported reconstruction proposal is fake and has no connection to the project's official developers. Mazrael disputed those claims and said the individuals promoting the proposal were not affiliated with the teams responsible for Shiba Inu's established ecosystem products.

Mazrael has previously highlighted incidents of false transition information targeting the Shiba Inu community. He noted instances of developers being silenced on Telegram channels, followed by misleading transition claims circulated by unassociated individuals. Mazrael suggested that these same groups were behind the fake restart proposal, affirming that they have no ties to ShibaSwap, Shibarium, or Zama.

SHIB veteran Mazrael warned users about fake official Shiba Inu accounts and confirmed that legitimate updates will only be announced through shib(.)io. The reminder follows a broader trend across the cryptocurrency sector, where impersonation scams frequently target projects with large user bases. Attackers often create accounts that mimic developers, advisors, or official brands to promote fraudulent links or collect sensitive information. Community members are urged to avoid unofficial websites and refrain from clicking on suspicious links.
