Peniwallet Eyes Pi Network as Its Next Blockchain

@Peniwallet, a non-custodial crypto wallet developed by Penilabs, is exploring an integration with Pi Network (@PiCoreTeam). According to @SirMapy, the project's founder, the development team reviewed the latest Pi Network documentation in September 2026 and identified new APIs that could make the integration technically viable.

In a message shared on 15 September 2026, @SirMapy listed Pi alongside TON and Asset Chain as upcoming target networks. TON is already in testing, while Pi remains under active review by the team.

What Peniwallet Brings to the Table

Peniwallet is built around a signature "Spray" feature that allows users to send tokens to multiple wallet addresses in a single transaction, making it a practical tool for community airdrops and giveaways. The app enables project developers and community managers to distribute tokens to over 100,000 addresses in a single transaction, optimizing large-scale airdrops and reward programs.

Peniwallet is designed to be a non-custodial wallet, meaning users have full control over their private keys and direct access to their funds. Its primary blockchain is @BNBChain, where users can send and swap tokens without needing BNB for gas fees, as transaction costs are deducted directly from the tokens being sent. The wallet also supports Solana and Base.

A Pi Network integration would allow users to hold and manage their PI token alongside other cryptocurrencies in a single self-custody wallet, with access to Peniwallet's community distribution tools.

The move comes as Pi Network has been actively expanding its developer toolkit. On September 4, 2026, Pi Network expanded its developer toolkit with additions including local storage for Pi Browser apps, an app-specific staking data API, and Pi.shareFile for native file and video sharing, while also unifying its technical documentation to streamline the path from development to Mainnet launch. It is this updated documentation that @SirMapy's team is said to have reviewed.

For now, the integration remains exploratory. Pi Network has not made any official statement on the matter, and Pi is not referenced in Peniwallet's current public documentation.
