Ondo's Subsidiary Oasis Pro Markets Onboards to DTCC's Fund/SERV Network
Ondo Finance's subsidiary Oasis Pro Markets has become the first tokenization platform to onboard to DTCC's Fund/SERV network, marking a significant milestone for real-world asset tokenization in U.S. capital markets.
@Ondo Finance has reached a landmark moment in the real-world asset (RWA) tokenization space. Its subsidiary Oasis Pro Markets has become the first tokenization platform to onboard to the DTCC's Fund/SERV network, a system that sits at the heart of U.S. mutual fund infrastructure.
What Is Fund/SERV and Why Does It Matter?
Fund/SERV is the U.S. industry standard for processing and settling mutual fund, bank collective fund, and other pooled investment product transactions between fund companies and distributors. The network handles over 85% of U.S. mutual fund transaction volume, making it one of the most significant pieces of post-trade plumbing in American finance.
By connecting to Fund/SERV, Oasis Pro Markets gives fund companies and wealth platforms a single, standardized interface for engaging with tokenized assets. That replaces the previous patchwork of fragmented, fund-by-fund connectivity that has long been a friction point for institutional adoption of tokenized securities.
A Regulatory Foundation Already in Place
The Fund/SERV onboarding does not come out of nowhere. Ondo Finance's SEC-registered broker-dealer subsidiary Oasis Pro Markets received U.S. regulatory authorization in July 2026 to offer compliant tokenized corporate equities and funds to U.S. financial institutions and retail investors under SEC and FINRA oversight.
The approvals allow Oasis Pro Markets to support omnibus account structures through integrations with existing broker-dealer and advisory channels, enabling institutional investors, registered investment advisers, and retirement accounts to access tokenized securities through their current brokers.
Ondo's relationship with DTCC infrastructure runs deeper still. Ondo was one of more than 30 firms participating when the DTCC processed live production trades on July 15, 2026, using tokenized representations of securities held at The Depository Trust Company, alongside BlackRock, JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, Nasdaq, the NYSE, and Vanguard.
For the broader RWA tokenization narrative, the Fund/SERV integration represents a concrete step beyond pilot programs and working groups. Bringing tokenized assets into a network that already processes the majority of U.S. mutual fund transactions signals that the infrastructure gap between traditional finance and on-chain markets is beginning to close in a meaningful way.
